"Suffering" through "A Facial" :)
Hello Everyone,
July 12th. was our dead line for paying property taxes. What a drag that is. However, on the good notes we finished two weeks of radiation/ chemo treatments with no complications so far. That that is to be applaud. How thankful we must be for our God's Blessings.
NOW LADIES, DO YOU REMEMBER ME TELLING YOU THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A "FACIAL ON TODAY ( THURS.13TH.)?
Well ladies, I "suffered" ( truly enjoyed every minute) of that facial today. It was the most wonderful thing. When I walked into this "very plush room" the soft music was playing, the sound of water ( a rock water fall) was running. The smell of sweet herb scents. Oh ladies, it was wonderful. I even had the "hot wax" on my hands and then wrapped in plastic, (does it sound like I am suffering yet?). Gals, it was absolutely soothing to ones attitude.
Isn't it wonderful the all the gifts that God gives us in the mist of adversity. OH YES, I AM HAVING MY FEET DONE ON TUES.(July 17th.).
Now once she was finished, and I got ready to leave, I almost forgot that I was at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in the radiology dept.
Now I was thinking as I drove to the hospital this morning ( as a matter a fact most mornings), how wonderful it is that I can get up and have that beautiful drive in the early morning (7:00a) up Geauga Lake Rd. and across Fields and on into downtown Cleveland. I drive through the City and meet the challenge of the city traffic and see all the new buildings that are up and still going up. The sound of the city brings back memories that are not so bad.
Now I suppose you say okay, what about the cancer. Well, as far as I know. We'll still working on it. As I said earlier there are no complication. So we will continue to do what we are doing until the end of treatment. Once there is a change in my condition I will update you.
"Pray that I will experience His amazing grace and plan, and that He will be glorified through me."
Also, don't forget to pray for "ALL THE VERY SICK PEOPLE THAT I SEE EVERY DAY AT THE CLINIC".
I Love you all with the Love of the Lord,
Oraletta (for us both)
